Deb Cottle is founder & president of World On A String, a company focused on enhancing people’s lives through inspirational seminars, workshops, coaching, products and professional speaking. With her proven 4Step GUTS FORMULA, Deb has successfully motivated individuals and groups in major corporations, associations, and non-profit organizations to exceed personal and professional expectations.

Prior to starting World On A String, Deb established herself as one of the highest-ranking female executives in the Chicago television and advertising industry. She was a long-standing member of the Professional Speakers of Illinois and the National Speakers Association. During that 15-year career Deb worked with clients such as Anheuser-Busch, Coca-Cola, Humana, Ford, Sears and Oprah’s Harpo Productions, etc.

In 1997, Deb and her family transitioned to Amelia Island, Florida, seeking a richer and more balanced lifestyle. She partnered with her husband at CCOM, an award – winning marketing communications company working with Fortune 500 clients nationwide.

Deb’s passion for the Amelia Island community inspired her to attract other professionals to the area for seminars, retreats, and workshops.

In transitioning and reinventing herself, Deb realized she was at the forefront of society’s need to find higher value, and lead more fulfilling lives, than traditional career paths can provide. Reaching out via the internet, Deb coaches clients all around the world, in locations such as New York, Los Angeles, Chicago, Hong Kong, Sierra Leone (Africa) and Liege (Belgium).
